Position Summary
The Principal will be responsible for leading the MMM School of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Arusha, overseeing the academic programs, staff management, and operational aspects of the school. The Principal will play a crucial role in fostering a conducive learning environment and ensuring the school adheres to national policies and guidelines. The position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about education, leadership, and the development of pharmaceutical professionals.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must meet the following essential qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience or working in a managerial position in a similar institution or equivalent organization.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swahili and English, including writing, listening, and oral skills.
Desirable Qualifications
Additional qualifications that are considered an advantage:
- An understanding and awareness of National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) and Pharmacy Council policies, guidelines, and curricula.
- Experience in budgeting and financial operations.
- Proven leadership skills in managing staff and students while promoting a shared vision for the school’s future.
- Strategic thinking abilities to guide the school’s growth and operational success.
